Hands down the best customer service around. It doesn't matter who is working, I always find them knowledgeable, helpful and happy to provide a refund if I buy something that is the wrong size. They work hard to engage with the customer and find a solution to my needs. :-
Located in the old skate rink. Cheaper for members which is free. Staff are good. Would give 5 stars if they removed themselves from greencross. Very concerning that they affiliate with them.
A big THANK YOU to the tall lady who was unpacking stock around noon today. She was very helpful to us and our blind dog and went above and beyond for him. I would like her to be commended for her exceptional kindness, as we interrupted her when she was very busy and she was nothing but gracious to all of us.nI would also like to thank the Grooming Staff Member for keeping him calm while she clipped his nails. We are very grateful to her for her patience and kindness to him.
Parking is easy, staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and the shop itself has SO SO much to choose from. I am always happy to go there, I have an aquarium and a dog so I am there quite a bit, great location.
One stop shop for all your pet needs! Great discounts! Vet next door! It does sell gold fish & Hermit Crabs but no other live animals! It provides cats from the R.S.P.C.A. It gives a discount card for regular customers! There is a vet right next door! Excellent parking facilities with wheelchair access & wheelchair entrance! When my cat was alive I would buy everything from this store! Bulk cat litter & biscuits! All the worming & anti flea products! Excellentc service!
