A big THANK YOU to the tall lady who was unpacking stock around noon today. She was very helpful to us and our blind dog and went above and beyond for him. I would like her to be commended for her exceptional kindness, as we interrupted her when she was very busy and she was nothing but gracious to all of us.nI would also like to thank the Grooming Staff Member for keeping him calm while she clipped his nails. We are very grateful to her for her patience and kindness to him.
Good prices, good stock. Fish tanks are way too small for the Bettas though, along with the other tanks being far too populated. Saw this guy once though, he was cool.
Fabulous and knowledgeable staff. Eden is particularly lovely and a wealth of information. My puppy also goes to puppy school there and we have been enjoying the classes.
Walked into this store in tears as my cats went from getting along fine to NOT OK.nThe team were so kind and gentle and most of all helpful!nAnd thankfully everyone is now getting along!nSo grateful for the teams knowledge and understanding!
Knowledgeable, friendly staff who are obviously there as pet lovers, not just to earn a buck. I was able to find what I needed quickly, even though they had moved it, they also moved the signage. Will definitely be back for all my pet needs.
