I would like to say a huge thank you to the lovely 2 ladies working today Monday 30th September around 5pm. They were very friendly and helpful with my inquiry! : I will definitely be coming back to this store just for the customer service.

They stock a wide range of pet products for every type of pet, from hair clippers for your dog to live food for your reptile. The staff are friendly and welcoming who can help you out with anything you're looking for. Click and collect orders are usually ready to be picked up within 2 hours. There is plenty of off street parking.

Very convenient store with everything you need for your pet. Washing centre is also very good and easy to use.

Terrible customer service. Grooming department is tiny, cramped and unfriendly. Definitely not suitable for large dogs. Do not take your pets there. These people have no genuine care or connection with them

I just picked my golden retriever up from being groomed and they’ve basically shaved him but left his tail long. He looks terrible and this is not what was asked. I will not be taking him back ever. I’m disgusted, for $135 this is absolutely terrible.
