Half an hour after I picked my Malshi up his eyes had swollen completely shut. He has never had a reaction at any other groomer.I rang Petbarn Virginia to ask what kind of tearstain treatment they used and what brand they used to wash him. The girl on the phone tried to tell me that sometimes dog's eyes just swell up for no reason. Then she said the person who groomed him would call me back. I have never heard back from them. Apart from all this they cut him way shorter than what I asked for. It has been a week now and my dog still has red eyes and pimple-like sores on his belly that we are treating. I won't be going back.

A very big thank you to Adam who was very knowledgeable about deworming products. After we failed at home with crushed tablets, Adam got us to bring our cat in and taught us how to it with a different product . He was very patient and destressed my moggy before giving the tablet with a product with a syringe.
