This place is always bustling with families, and it’s no surprise why. As someone who frequently shops for dog supplies, I highly recommend it. The wide selection of pet products ensures that you can find everything you need for your furry family members. My issue is with Petbarn not this store.  Offers a promo about $20 off if you spend $120 on a royal canine product, which I did.  Code didn’t apply because one of the canine products in the order was a ‘prescription item’.  It was a gastrointestinal dog food.  Really? Then I called and advised I couldn’t have $20 off.  As a loyal customer - that’s the treatment you get. Another catch - I don’t know if this is in their terms and conditions but really expecting people to read that?  Offer reads simply.  Well done Petbarn.  I look forward to taking my future business elsewhere..

Great pet store, amazing staff and very helpful. Guided me through choosing the best dog food for my pet and helped me pick so other things. Took time out of their busy day to assist and really made my puppy feel at home, even offered an introduction puppy pack. Really nice pet barn with great communication and connection with staff

Very bad customer service. The Young lady could really use some bed side manner,nVery uneducated. Arguing with the customer leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

I have been going to this petbarn for about 4 years now and lately they have improved so much. There is a wonderful young man there by the name of Lucas, who has time after time been so helpful ,nall the staff there are just beautiful. our puppy loves going there for a bath. Animal   love.
