Really friendly staff, who greeted me and pulled out all stops to help me find me what I needed. They didn't have the main item I was looking for, but promised to research it and try to stock it. They also invited us to a 2nd birthday store celebration this coming weekend - bring the doggie, get a doggie gift bag and a professional photo!! Such lovely people!!
Only been in a couple of times but they have a great range of products and pets. Love the reptile section. But best of all the staff are always very helpful, friendly and increadably knowledgeable

Bought a bag of black hawk dog food. Got it home it was full of weevels. Didn't keep the receipt so that's my fault I guess
