Rubbish service, after ordering 2 imitation ferns for our snake enclosure and waiting over two weeks we were told our order hadn’t been filled because of the ‘RepEx’ expo or what ever it was that was being held. How this should hold up my delivery is beyond me nor my problem. It’s not as if the items are coming from the other side of the planet. And then, the email responses are hardly in a courteous or understanding manner, Shell who is the staff member we corresponded with, perhaps a course in customer services might assist you in this area moving forward. If I could rate Zero stars I would have.. 👎🏼

Excellent service from obvious animal lovers. The extra services they offer are amazing. I could not recommended this place enough!!
Check it out for yourself and take the kids, they will love it

Very happy with all of my experiences with both the pet store and the Vet. As a ling time customer, we have purchased two rescue kittens from them also and their follow up service has been brilliant. I find their store to be well stocked with heaps of options at a good price. All of the staff are happy and always helpful. We get both dog and cat supplies from them and find it convienent that they do have such a large range. We have also been using the vet for the past year and find Brad and the team to be very trustworthy, not eager to push extras down my throat like some vets tend to do. Its always a pleasure to drop the fur kids off to them and have a chat, it is a peace of mind knowing that they are getting well looked after also. Any problems that have arrised in the past, they have been quick to contact me to let me know exactly what the go is. Highly recommended!!!

I have been to Pet Supersavers many times .The Customer Service was awsome with very knowledgeable staff.Any questions I had were answered and very helpful.
Their rescue animals look very well looked after and they go over and beyond for their welfare.Just the fact that they give animals a second chance is enough for me to always shop there.
It’s great to see the grooming dogs not stuck in cages with hot blow dryers on them as well.The animals all look happy when ever I have been into the store.Definetly would recommend the store for all the services they provide .

The staff had no idea what they where talking about and didn't even understand what stock they had in I was told there where 8cm burrowing cockroaches so I drove for an hour only to find one 5cm cockroach in terrible conditions the substrate had obviously not been watered and the animal was on deaths row and for some reason there where crickets in its tank harassing and biting the baby roach please do not support this animal abuse by buying things from this store. I also went outside to find poor chickens being forced to stay in a tiny cage where they where cramped together I found one dead in the cage and I got a worker to remove the dead creature (which had been covered in poo) the worker showed no emotion to the fact that this animal had died in abusive conditions. I will never return to this hell hole that they call a pet shop and I discourage anyone from giving them money so this business can continue along its path of animal cruelty
