Great team, Everyone I’ve spoken to is passionate about customer service and making sure we get the best for our furry family. I was in yesterday, not for the first time. Laura is awesome.  I can see why she is a Supervisor. Oh, I bought Cat litter our Overlord and Mistress.

Received our puppy FAB’s favourite lamb teething toy , They found the last one in Brisbane area and thanks for sending it in priority transport : What an outstanding service from North Lakes store and highly appreciated!

Our pup Hazel loves visiting pet barn.. they always give her a treat and she's allowed to sniff all the good stuff down low. Her fav is ziwi peaks amd prime rolls and this place always has stock. The staff are always plentiful and helpful.

Had an awesome experience, customer service provided by Izzy sorry if I am wrong was amazing, she was upbeat and happy. Not a thing was too hard and I got everything sorted with a few little treats as well. The help and advice is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend and I will drive the extra distance from my local just for the customer service provided. At North Lakes. Highly Recommend.

Unfortunately I can't see the value of a hygiene cut for $70. I can't afford that considering my normal grooming does a full grooming for $65. I'm a little shock actually trying to work out what $70 covers when picking my dog it was basic trim really. Staff are amazing and they are very helpful it's the price of the services that need to be reviewed.

The staff at Northlakes Petbarn are friendly and helpful. They help carry big bags or loads to the car if needed. They love visits from my dogs and genuinely love animals. Affordability is also great when you can price match, especially with three dogs.

Walked in for a browse before taking our puppy next door for his vaccination and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Even got a free nail clip while there. Will definitely be back in future.

Last time that I buy something in this shop. It is frustrating that I always  have to claim the frequent feeder price. Otherwise, the staff charge me full price. In this opportunity, the cashier told me that the frequent feeder price didn't apply to me because I hadn't bought something in the past six days. Fine, you earned $12, but you lost one good client.

I went in to the North Lakes store last weekend and the staff were so kind and lovely. Helped us with everything we needed. Izzy helped us and she was incredible.

Great PetBarn! The best staff and a large range of pet products. Added bonus of being right next to the vet, so easy access to treats post exam.
