Stopped in to get advice on my peach face love birds. Staff were happy to listen and offer advice. Suggested I use their online vet chat which I intend on using to get  further advice on my pet birds as there is video call available and saves me stressing birds out by physically taking them to a vet. There is a neat range of goodies for all types of pets bought my cat a cute feeding dish which is flat to avoid whisker fatigue!.

Pet stock VET have been absolutely amazing with my beautiful boy. He recently passed there but they did everything they could to make him feel comfortable and at peace. They always helped us out as much as they could with finances and any issues we had and looked after him to the best of their ability. Special mention to Dr Sarah who was there through his medical journey every step of the way and the wonderful team there. It was a place he loved, not feared.

Right next door to the vet, great service and good prices. They are even pet friendly and my dog loves to visit here, whenever we go to the vet we will always pop in to take a wander around the shop, you never know what you did not know you needed... We get all the things we need from here food to bedding to bowls or a leash. Friendly staff who seem to be passionate about animals. We love to visit this store.

Very disappointed with this store, on Sundays the store closes 5pm no problem with it, however we arrive 4:28 and the staff informed me that the dog wash was closed because the time. Well for me this is called laziness when you close the services that you suppose to offer before the time, and it is what makes the costumers go to store, the services and what they sell, and doesn’t matter how tired are the staff the costumer deserve a nice welcome. Right? My visit was to buy treats, a new bed and give to my dog a bath. I’m not mentioning I have a broken leg. I understand that the staff should be tired, it’s end of the day. But, they are being paid to work on Sundays otherwise they could stay at home watching tv. I’m not sure if I will return to this store even to buy hay to my Guinea pigs.

Such wonderful caring people in this veterinary clinic. Looked after my little guy who had been stung by a bee and had a reaction. Can't thank you enough for your care and attention.

Alex always does an amazing job at grooming my dog, we take her back every 6 weeks and she always comes home so happy and looks great.

It's a bit hit and miss with the Dog washing facilities, either only one is working or it is running out of shampoo or conditioner. Price is average for area Staff are pleasant

Great service  always helpful even when your asking about something . Great selection..my dog loves it here. Just a nice place to go for all your pets needs

Good store , Great alternative to the other Bigger pet stores , have a great section for cats

Great place to bring your pets and to come get products! However their pricing is absolutely ridiculous so make sure you price match with other pet stores as they will do that. Their specials are double the normal price from all other pet stores. :
