I was very disappointed with the service received from Priceless discounts today. Yesterday at 4.30pm I purchased 20 Helium filled balloons for a Child protection Day event the following day. On return to work this morning, all the balloons had deflated and were sitting on the floor. I called the store today to be told that the Helium only lasts for 8- 10 hours. I was not informed of this at the time and was also told that there are signs in the shop. I did not see any signs and was not made aware of this! As a result I now have 20 children attending a White Balloon event with out balloons. I paid $30 for balloons I could have filled with air to get the same result. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
