Always a great store. We go a lot. However today one of the female shop assistants was repeatedly coughing quite badly. She was not wearing a mask. This is disappointing as the store should actively care about the welfare of the customers, since many are children.
There are toys here that no-one else has in stock. Always worth a browse. You may find something for yourself.

I came into this store on Saturday the 13/11. I was in a search for Pokémon trading cards for my nephew. Adriana was extremely helpful and explained to me in detail what I needed to purchase. She had exceptional customer service and was welcoming from the moment I entered the store. Definitely a star employee.
Staff here are fantastic and super helpful. One lady went beyond what was asked of her and made our experience here that much more positive. Good range and pricing, but good staff are worth so much more than the products. Thankyou

Tried returning an item in the exact same condition as purchased. Was declined stating it looks like we opened it. Well we didn't, already have the toy just in my haste christmas eve i misinterpreted the label, i thought it was the villians vehicle not a vehicle shaped box with the villian characters inside. I don't need another set of them so would of even happily settled for a store credit just so i could get something different. Feel more ripped off that didn't demand a mark down for the damaged box in the first place. So theyve lost a customer who shops there weekly and easily spends up a few thousand over the year.
