Not enough staff. Chasing staff to ask question. Nathan very knowledgeable in stationery. Tried print section very hard first time to work machine without guidance. Finally got staff to help in printing. Line up huge. I would not go there again unless you know exactly what you need and are prepared to wait. Very frustrating

Went in to exchange my fitbit alta hr. It stopped working on Monday. Absolutely no problem with the transaction at all. What great service.
