Brought a samsung 24 plus because they told me it has ai photo cutting and stuff it didn't until I updated it ,but the updates caused it not to function properly so they said only thing was to go back to before the update . But then I don't have the features I wanted when I brought the phone only reason for buying it they say because I had to update all that can be done is uninstall the update loose the features and be stuck with a phone that has none of the features you asked for when you brought it. Now I'm out alot of money and have a phone that does the same things my old phone did. Don't ever buy from these people they don't know anything then blame you and leave you out of pocket and don't care. I'm also a disabled pensioner so nice of them to rip me off
