Super friendly staff always helpful an very polite. Best chemist I've ever been to in Queensland. There's one staff member that is always super helpful an has the best customer service. Her name is "Shony".
Hi have only been going to the chemist for a short time and I would like to congratulate you on your store and staff. It is always clean, tidy and well stocked. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. One staff member I was very impressed with is a lady name Shonny she is ALWAYS very friendly and polite and knows what’s she talking about when it come to products and medications and if she’s not sure will always ask someone for me. Well what a pleasant surprise to come across this Chemist by accident as thought it was Chemist Warehouse. Usually, Chemist Warehouse is the only one I go to; however; the difference in customer service was exceptional. and very attentive. The staff were more than happy to assist me and provide an "old fashion" customer service. approach, something rarely seen these days. I was lucky to be assisted by Alyse hope spelling correct who was not only respectful and helpful but is an added bonus to the chemist management as she certainly got me to come on board and become a new customer. Good choice to employ all the staff as of a high calibre.
Started using this pharmacy many years ago and could not be happier with the all round service and friendliness of all staff working there. The main pharmacist, Jason, is always able to help us with any queries we may have and spends the time explaining any scripts or ‘off the shelf’ medications we need. Thanks to everyone again for your continual support and care.
I’ve only been in the this store twice, and have been lucky enough to have Shony serve me on both occasions. Wealth of information, kind, understanding and very professional. First service was at the front counter and second at the back dispensary. Shony seems to be well versed in all aspects of the business from customer service, to knowledge of products and meds. This will certainly be my new ‘go to’ place.
Have been served regurlay by a lady named Shony, she has always been extremely helpful, nice and times when i have been anxious, very calming and patient. Highly recommend.
Hi I would just like to say I use this pharmacy on a regular basis. The staff are very helpful especially shony she is always friendly , polite and always has time to answer any question I have about products that are in store I highly recommend this lady she is hard working and has brilliant customer relations and it is a pleasure to be served by her when she is at the counter.
Highly recommend this pharmacy staff are polite and courteous. Pharmacists are always available and happy to answer any questions about medications you may have.
Absolutely amazing, compassionate and caring staff. The people who work at this chemist clearly treat their employment more than just a job. Big shout out too Megan who went above and beyond the expectations of great customer service after assisting me and my son today. Background: Recently I've found myself very very unwell in the tummy and unable to physically make my way to our local chemist to pick up some probiotcs. Out of options I resorted to asking my 12yr old if he would mind going to the chemist for me seeing as I'm feeling so unwell. My courageous young man set off armed with money, a note addressed to 'A' pharmacy assistant outling the medication causing my tummy troubles and a phone just incase he needed any other information. Megan was the person who assisted my son, she read my note, found a probiotic best suited for me and even wrote a lovely note on the back of my note with direction on how best to use the product. To say I'm grateful is an understatement, I can't tell you how much Megan's willingness to help me and my son means. Megan if you get a a chance to read this comment you need to know that you're an exceptional human being and thank you so verynmuch for your assistance today.
The staff are super friendly and thoughtful, they always offer the best help. The pharmacists really look out for your health and wellbeing. 10/10 recommend
