Such an amazing & cleanly store, with friendly staff members eager to get in there!! I brought my younger sister to Cold Rock Deception Bay for the first time tonight & safe to say she loveeed it!! We were served by a smiling Polynesian young man, who was very informative, patient & kind! He didn’t rush us, and made us feel very welcomed. We did take quite a while to finally choose our ice cream flavours and toppings, however he was very accommodating and had a bright personality! We appreciate the atmosphere, genuine kindness & uplifting environment. Thank you Cold Rock Deception Bay!

I absolute enjoy cold rock ice cream it's quite nice and the mix-ins are amazing. What I don't enjoy is paying 25 dollars for two regular size ice creams that have the smallest bits of mix in components ever. Prehaps if they lowered their pricing on ice creams or increased serving amounts to match the value of cost they would see more business. As for both times I've order through menulog I've been ripped off and left unsatisfied. I don't won't be purchasing again.

Looked after wonderfully by staff.nOne of the best I've creams I've had in a long time.nWill be back next time I'm in the area.nCan't recommend enough.nWe don't have cold rock where we are from. So it's a big treat every time.

Very rude staff boy and girl that were working there on the 15th of June in the evening and then what seemed to be the boss walk in made them change there additude quick was abit over priced but quality ice cream etc but very appalling service made my daughter very upset 1 star would not go back there again

I wouldn’t usually comment on a dessert but cold rock bubblegum ice cream with mix ins, gummi bears and nerds was one of my all time favourite treats - but this time everything about my usual order was different in a bad way. The bubble gum ice cream has changed - im not kidding, my teeth and mouth are stained green/blue! I assume it will come off but this did not happen with the better quality, better tasting previous bubblegum ice cream. The ice cream manufacturer has absolutely changed to a lesser quality. The lollies have been replaced for cheaper replicas, the nerds aren’t proper nerds, the gummy bears taste chemically. Something that is usually my all time favourite treat, time after time, for years!, is now pretty terrible. This is really disappointing, and I really hope you turn this aroundnnEdit: they reached out to address this with me, excellent customer service. They fixed the bubblegum back to the original flavour their supplier sent the wrong one so I’m happy to continue going for my ice cream fix  :
