I buy my coffees made on Soy Milk. As with most coffee shops I am charged extra for the soy, however at this donut king I'm charged 70cents which is a little higher than the 40 or 50cents extra I usually pay. I haven't minded because it is convenient for me to grab a coffee after the gym and drink it while I grocery shop, plus I likethe coffee. As a newbie to donut king I have only just made it to my first free coffee on my loyalty card, only to be told that too would cost me 70cents? On questioning this I was told it was part of the terms and conditions of the loyalty card and the "free" coffee offer. On checking the card there is nothing about terms and conditions and when I mentioned that I was told it was on the website. On checking the website I cannot see anything about terms and conditions. How can a free coffee cost 70 cents. If I  had upsized from my normal regular size to a large size I would have paid no more, so how is it that an item that is written as free on the card can result in a charge of 70cents. Not happy at all and am happy to tell people I am not happy.
