Burgers are well made. Service is pretty good. One time I had an issue, staff were apologetic and resolved it satisfactorily, which made me happy to return. The Drive-Thru is very efficient. This can sometimes result in longer wait times if you are a walk-in/dine-in customer, but it's not the end of the world.

The burger quality is pretty decent when it’s assembled properly. The customer service people seem generally disinterested and uncaring. Not a great customer service experience and not what I would have thought was reflective of hungry jacks standards and ethos.

My partner came down this morning and ordered two chicken royal meals. Not only did he wait in the drive thru for almost 20 mins, he came hone with freezing cold chips. Waste of time and money. You guys are pathetic, pick up your act, you aren't getting paid to do anything but your job so do it right.

Small place but staff friendly as we had kids with us. Quite clean. Good place just to stop off on a Sunday.
