Purchased four meals, received two, along with something that definitely wasn’t chicken or a kids meal. Tried to call and it went to message bank that was full - I’m guessing lots of complaints tonight?nI gave my grandson some chips and I ate nothing. The idea of takeaway was so I didn’t have to food prep or cook. Will be returning in the morning for a refund as that was a lot of money.nNever EVER again!!!

Rocked up and ordered some breakfast as I had a short time to get to work. I work in the centre. Asked to park and wait. There was five cars waiting. 10m later I was going to be late to work. I then saw two of the other cars waiting have people get out of the car and enter the store, guessing chasing their food. After 5m they had not come out. I gave up locked my car and went to work. This is seriously the worst service I have had from a Hungry Jacks. Most insulting I lodged an online complaint through website and no response. Worst Hungry Jacks I have found
This morning early, I went to hungry jacks and as per usual if i go around 3am or so, and the food is usually krap and dry and crusty especially around that time, chips and chicken chips are not the best! but not early this morning...... whoever that manager is bro - awesome! Good work brother and thank you for the fresh cooked food! Respect
Went through the drive through tonight , the menu board was down so the lady read me the menu at the window as I have not had this food for a very very long time, I'm not familiar with what they sell. She was lovely! My fries were fresh, the burger was abit meh, flavourless but overall the service was really good.
