FREE PIZZA MARKETING TRAP - I just wanted 2 pizzas. One of those pizzas was supposed to be free AND I was being asked to pay $14.95 the other, a Hawaiian with extra hand and pineapple is what I ordered and paid for and some slices had no ham still! It was pathetically made. How you still can’t make a Decent pizza is beyond me. Then I had to buy pancakes I didn’t want because your app made me spend $15 Or more and they were absolutely swimming in butter it was just disgusting and I even said something to girl at counter and her reply was “oh that’s extra sauce “ well they shouldn’t have sauce on them to start with and I didn’t want to buy them and your free pizza ended up costing me $19.20 and It was NOT WORTH IT. FREE SHOULD MEAN FREE ITS FALSE ADVERTISING
Really disappointing, do not eat this food. Delivered a wet warm cheezy crust 20 mins late, if you sell pizza, you should know how to get it to your customers in a way, the customer does not REGRET buying off you. Business 101. Even worse the pick-up price is $4, delivery before extra delivery surcharge, is $20. Never ever again. Thanks for reading, and hopefully I you from the Heart burn
I'd like to thank the store employee, think it was the manager but not sure Indian sounding fella for taking a gamble and doing a cash payment home delivery after 9pm. He said it was high risk that the person ordering wasn't going to pay but he would take the risk to serve me and take the $36 purchase cost out of his own wages if I was a dodgy orderer. I was really tired after working all day and really appreciate what he did for me. This man needs a medal for his service!
This is one of my favourite places to get delivery. Usually get heaps of toppings and nice pizzas but lately on certain nights it's been the complete opposite. We didn't get any of the toppings we ordered for the pizzas either.
Went to pick up my pizza's and watched them drop one of my pizza's on the floor instead of remaking it they picked it up and put it with the rest of my order. Then asked me if I wanted them to remake the pizza after all the other ones were ready. Like seriously should have been a no brainer to recook the pizza as soon as you dropped it on the floor, not ask the customer if they wanted it done.
I got a Loaded Pepperoni and it was definitely loaded!! The driver was also very nice and read the instructions I left perfectly. Bit slow but other than that it was great, would definitely recommend.
I was just told by a staff member at Deception Bay Dominos that I cannot get cheese on TOP of my mini 3 meats pizzas anymore because that is not the way the recipe was written and too many customers have complained about cheese on top of the mini pizzas LMAOOO!!! what kind of a human being tells a customer of over 15 years of that store that I cant have CHEESE ON TOP OF MY PIZZA! I Really dont think this guy actually heard what he was saying to me. Incompetency at it's finest! He gave me an email to send a complaint to and the email address doesn't exist haha messed with the wrong customer
Domino's ripped me off $37. I ordered online and there was a problem at their end. I was charged but no order was produced. I rang them and got told $ would be refunded to me. I asked to speak to the manager and got put on hold for 20 mins. A week later I rang the store and enquired about the problem and was again put on hold and then hung up on. I contacted their online customer feedback line and was told there was no record of the order and they wouldn't be able to refund the $37. I used to use Domino's every Thursday but never again. Nobody deserves the treatment I have received. I will get my pizza elsewhere.
By far and away the best fast food experience in a long time. Absolutely excellent service. Fast and efficient delivery. The pizzas were made fantastic with a suitable amount of toppings and sauce for the price. Whoever was managing behind the desk had everything running as smoothly as possible and up to the best standard. Pat yourselves on the back guys! Will certainly be coming back! Absolutely delicious
Rude staff very slow service Had to park miles away. Will be going back to Rothwell Domino's Parking: Limited
