Bought 3 piece combo and was very disappointed with everything. The chicken wasn't fresh, chips were cold and tasteless and the mashed potato was revolting which left a bad taste in my mouth.nI wasn't given napkins or a spoon for the potato.nI rang the Store and spoke to the Manager who was very apologetic and replaced it was a fresh cooked meal but again no spoon or napkins received.nIn the past, Ive enjoyed my meals from this Store.nI dont think I will visit this Store again.
I like their quick service but my order was mixed up and the chips weren't fresh. It’s fine for a quick meal. Needs improvement.
Although the food was decent the experience was soured by being asked to do a lap of the parking lot and come back through while we waited for our food to cook. We were the only car in the drive through. I’ve heard of being told to park up before but never have I been told to do a lap. It was already a rainy night and it felt so unnecessary to do.. and for what? To appease your times? Be better
Just went to KFC Deception Bay and asked for original pieces of chicken and requested no legs please. This was repeated over the speaker and again when I paid. To my disbelief when I got home I had been given legs and also one of the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. This is the very first time I have ever complained about anything like this. Completely frustrated.
Very slow service and chaotic atmosphere. Staff were actively arguing and some female staff being belittled by some male staff. Was close to intervening but she handled it well with support from her colleague.
