Maybe instead of looking after uber driver orders first look after your customers instore and people wouldn’t need to complain but when it’s expensive you deserve what you pay for large meal get am chips no drumsticks so I get drumstick
My partner was a drive through customer on Saturday night around 8pm and ordered meals for us and our 2 young grandsons. When he arrived home there was sauces but no nuggets for the kids and our chips were just warm. I tried to call restaurant to complain but noone answered. So grand children very disappointed and so were we. Will definitely think twice before returning as it's not the first time our orders have been short changed, especially when it isn't cheap to get takeaway these days.
The service here is great!! I absolutely loved the ladies running front counter. They were so friendly and quick. Shout out to whoever made my box, it's was finger licking perfection. THANK YOU !!!
Asked for boxed meals one slightly different to menu. As I was hand ordered I questioned the way it was packed, as gravey was not in the box. Got home to eat no chips or bun in the. No phone number to call to complain. Horrid
Brought 3 pc chicken box 3 of the chicken pcs were dry and looks like it's been in left over burnt oil.nChips grave and bread. Un was nice.
