I just got a Giant Feast from KFC at the drive-thru and when I got home, all the chicken was overcooked and dry. The chicken nuggets were burnt and the chips were dry and gross. The Pepsi wasn't even cold it was hot. Whoever's cooking there needs to step up their game. The food was really bad. They must have a bad manager because a good manager wouldn't let that kind of food be served to people..n
Absolutely the best service my wife and I have had at a KFC store in a very long time The young man that served us was a delight to deal with and accomodated every request that was asked of him. He even finished serving us before going on his break. Well done. Young fella. Food was hot and delicious. Deception bay KFC leading the way on the peninsula.
Burden Service is absolutely disgusting. Ask for fresh fries and extra salt got rockhard fries with no salt and it really taste like cleaning products have been put in our burgers called 14 times now and still no answer. Will call up to 50 times and leave another review
Bought 3 piece combo and was very disappointed with everything. The chicken wasn't fresh, chips were cold and tasteless and the mashed potato was revolting which left a bad taste in my mouth.nI wasn't given napkins or a spoon for the potato.nI rang the Store and spoke to the Manager who was very apologetic and replaced it was a fresh cooked meal but again no spoon or napkins received.nIn the past, Ive enjoyed my meals from this Store.nI dont think I will visit this Store again.
One of my preferred local KFCs. Young staff are always friendly. They sometimes forget the sauces but that's like most other places.nThe intercom phone at the drive through needs replacement as yesterday the young staff could barely make out what I was saying intercom was choppy and scratchy both ways the order got muddled up but i stayed patient and clarified with her. She was a bit stressed as a result and felt apologetic when i was paying. I wasn't going to take it out on her for the intercom equipment fault.nnLet's be respectful of the young workers there trying to make a living. Some are new in their roles.nnYou feed a lot of troops out there and I just wanted to say cheers to you for that!! Keep up the good work Dbay KFC
