I ordered a feed for 2 but they didn't give us the fries....its consistently under whelming..its disappointing and I fully understand its teenagers working these shifts but for real, we pay for the food and when items are missing or not up to par we feel ripped off!! Please try to do better!!!
Went here one Tuesday afternoon. 90% of tables were dirty with rubbish still on them. Ordered through the app. As did others that were there. Took over 20 minutes to get a snack wrap, pie, slushie and coffee. Seen at least 10 cars drive through the drive-thru. Daughter went up to the counter, after a few people who came in after us and got their food first, to ask where our order was. It had been sitting on the bench near the coffee machine. By the temp of it, it had been sitting there a while. The coffee was absolutely horrible tasted like it had been sitting in the trash for weeks and was also cold. I did not want to waste more time by getting new one just ended up tipping it out at home. The slushie was also the wrong flavour.nnThis isn’t the first I’ve gone into the store and had to wait forever. Last time I did, the heater was on in the middle of summer in the middle of the day.nnThis store is a joke. Oh and the staff were standing around gossiping about useless things pretty much the whole time.
I had ordered from this store a few months back when they forgot my burger. I had recently moved house and my doordash area was changed over to deception bay. I ordered from there tonight 5th of august a medium bundle for 2, they forgot both of my medium chips + a cheeseburger, although when I called the store to say something about it a guy who I think may have been the manager was very kind about it and gave me a code for 2 burgers.Thank you to the manager for being so nice about the situation. :
Truly horrible store. I think this has to be the worst store I’ve ever ordered from. Items missing, chips half full at best, and ingredients ignored, every. single. time. I wish I had the option to have uber go to literally any other McDonald’s, I’d pay extra for that. Waste of money, complaints ignored, such long waits, staff usually very rude. I don’t want to keep complaining to McDonald’s over missing items or poor food quantity/quality because they’ll start to think I’m lying soon, but this store truly needs to be reviewed thoroughly. Even when I order just two items, order arrives with only one. It’s honestly crazy how incompetent this store is.
Absolutely incompetent service by the little children that run this store. Every time we order food we walk away with so many items missing from our order. Not to mention there have been many occasions where we have gone through drive-through, only to arrive home and a lot of our order is missing. Staff are quite rude with no manners, obviously haven’t been trained very well in customer service. And most of the time the food is not great - clearly it’s been sitting for a while, especially the fries, which are old, dry and cold. I will not be coming back to this particular McDonald’s any more. Pick up your game Dbay Macca’s!
