Dealt with a manager here (Pale blonde hair in a bun, wearing dangling earrings (against uniform policy), and a black cardigan over her uniform) on New years day morning. She was extremely rude and dismissive, citing company policy incorrectly to turn me down from a legitimate offer then walking off like I wasn't worth the time to look at. So rude even though she was in the wrong. I'll go out of my way to avoid this maccas after such a rude encounter

Not once have i experienced a fast and xirrext order from this store. Waiting for up to 15 minutes is unacceptable for any 'fast food' restaurant and usually below average food quality. Not happy at all with rhis particualr outlet.

One star is being generous. Don't even bother with this store. Can never ever get an order right. Ask for chicken and get beef, ask for double and get single. Still charge you for the more expensive stuff then give you something completely different. Eye rolls and attitude all around when asked for what you actually ordered. Seriously disappointing customer service. How is this place still open and running?

McDonald's Deception Bay is a great place to take your friends family and kids for a quick meal. The staff there are always friendly.
