I ordered a burger to be cooked fresh and with no onion, pickles and mustard. I asked the manager at the window when I received the order if it had been cooked fresh. She confirmed it had been. I checked the burger roughly 30 seconds later and realised that it had mustard and the meat looked and felt to be hours old and barely warm. I took the burger back and they said they would remake it cooked fresh correctly. Not only could they not do this they even argued aggressively that it had been remade I wasn't disputing this but it hadn't been cooked fresh which shouldn't be a hard ask to have edible food. The manager refused to give me her name and argued that there was nothing wrong and wouldn't give me my money back. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone go there with the type of management they have.
Waited 25 minutes in line to get to window to collect order. Had to wait again then chips were over cooked and on the cool side. Yes there’s work going on and after school rush perhaps deal with the rush hour. Never had previous issues but something is going wrong
iam deeply disgusted about the fact that i came through the drive through to pick up dinner to then come home and find this at the bottom of my chips i genuinely wouldn’t recommend this mcdonalds

Good food but extremely slow service. Have spent upwards of 20mins in a quiet drive-thru just waiting for food before, and that’s a decently common occurrence. Decent food tho but slow as can possibly be
