My daughter and a friend had a red velvet cup cake and a white hot chocolate each. They enjoyed the white hot choc, but barely touched the cup cakes. When I tasted them they were very dry and obviously passed there display life! Was disappointed as they weren't cheap. But service was great. Just need to discount old stock.

I have been to this Gloria's a few times now. On each occasion I found the staff members to be rude. I have been ordering the same drink for over 3 years with this company and on this particular time they made it wrong (with sugarcane sweetener). When I pointed out my drink was wrong the woman argued with me saying that's how the drink was made. I politely told her that I have been ordering the same drink for over 3 years and since when did it have sweetener in it?? Her response to me was "since forever". She then snatched the drink from me and walked off. I've since double checked with my preferred Gloria's and they said I was correct. The woman was rude and made me feel embarrassed in front of my friend. I find the coffee to be watery and the cream always looks like slop. I live 2 mins from this Gloria's and I now happily drive 15 mins to the one at North Lakes who make my drink on point each time.
