Disappointed by both the freshness and availability of fresh produce and also by the smell coming from the deli. I’m sorry guys but this is coupled with second rate customer service particularly by Belinda whose superior attitude and total lack of customer service ethos just stuns me. I can literally travel 3 minutes down the road to Rothwell and have a completely different (and far superior) experience - You’ve dropped the ball Woolworths and frankly it’s really sad.

Hi there I was just at Deception bay woolworths store at 20.20 there is no till open and only self help as i had a $150 worth trolly i ended up using 2 self help desks an ended up having to put my food on the floor becoase uther self help desks was buzzy getting used. While me and my wife was struggeling trying to work out wat to do a staff member tyla was watching us and had eye contact but no offer to help or wat to do not to put our food on floor becouse we had to much in trolly to start to put it back in trolly. She was watching us the hole time and no hello or cya nothing. I am sure the help at aldi even are better never had to put my food on floor. I really think there sould be a till open for wen u have a full trolly. I really would like feedback on this issue and wat is going to be done so it dont happen again. Thank u Bennie

Great store only shop here every now and then. Service at checkout wasn't that pleasant, no hello or smile. We all have bad days but from a food point of view had what I needed.

Look, I don't like to normally shop at woolies and I had some bad experiences there a few years back, but the service there has improved heaps in the last year or so.
