So I purchased some prawns ...fresh prawns according to the sign posted by the Deli..,I believe I should have at least 2 days to eat said prawns. I brought them on the the day before New Year..And yep the prawns had a slimly feel about them on New year's Day and I wouldn't serve them hence my visitors get sick. Thank you ..have you and Coles not taken the piss outta us already with your price increases almost every week. Please give us what we pay for .
Very clean and tidy centre. Can't fault woollies. Helpful staff. Can mostly get what I'm looking for. Sometimes short on stock.
Ummm so impressed with Dbay woolies. I ordered a click and collect earlier today when I didn’t know a storm was coming, to save me time and money as I’m terrible with impulse buying in shops. First time doing this, wasn’t sure where the bays outside were and was a bit nervous because it had been storming. Pleasantly as I entered the carpark it was well signed with directions to the click and collect bays, used the link in the text msg to tell them I was there, then within a couple mins a very lovely lady came out and confirmed who I was and had my order in hand ready to go.nnBefore she started handing me my items she handed me a huuuuugeeee box of favourite chocolates and a thank you card and said here is a little gift for your first time ordering click and collect with us.nnThat was so nice and unexpected. I told her I almost didn’t make it as I was scared to drive in the storm but jumped straight in the car once the lightening eased. She said I was brave for coming out and thanked me for collecting my order despite the storm.nnShe was just super friendly and there was a very nice experience.nnI have done many Uber eats collections from other woolies on behalf of other people and I’ve always had to wait so long so this was a very nice surprise.nnMy best friend keeps praising Cole’s at DBAY for their product selection but I think I’ll keep giving Woolies my business for their great service because first impressions last :
Online delivery service was excellent.i was told exactly when I got my order when about to be delivered and when delivered by sms and it was perfectly lined up outside my door!! So happy!!
No stock ever. Milk and ice coffee is non existent in woolies can never get what I want. Get more products and better specials at a servo. Worse they have ever been.
