Came into the pharmacy with a very sick child and little to no sleep. I was so impressed with staff and pharmacist on duty who helped me, and couldn't do enough to make sure that i had everything at home to help relieve the symptoms so my child could get some rest and feel better. keep up the great work guys will be coming back everytime to this pharmacy.

Last year, during a terrible storm the shopping center lost power around lunch time. The pharmacy and most of the other shops had to close early as a result. We have all our scripts on file at the chemist for convenience and security. Earlier that morning, I was in but I accidentally filled the wrong epileptic prescription for my daughter because i was in such a panic to try and get home before the super storm hit the area, I didn't realise I had asked for the incorrect one (Needed Lamictal 100mg not Epilim 500mg but didn't realise till i got home). I rang in such a flustered state but had the most lovely young assistant reassure me that they will do their best (the pharmacy was still open for a while with limited back up generator power) and somehow they will try to get the right medication out to me. About 30 minutes later, a chemist actually drove out to my house on her way home with the right medicine and I couldn't be more thankful! It was still pelting down with rain and she was absolutely drenched in her uniform but still had a wonderful attitude when delivering the item like it was no trouble at all! Greatly appreciate the professionalism and caring attitude! I will be forever grateful and would definitely highly recommend this pharmacy for sure! Keep up the fantastic work team! Ally Price :)

I rang the pharmacy today , Sunday, at about 1 min to 4pm to see if they had my husbands Webster pack , yes they did ,I have no idea why they were not delivered last Thursday as usual ?. I asked if I could fly down and pick them up as my husband had no tablets for tonight or in the morning before dialysis, and the pharmacist told the assistant to tell me ,no there was nothing they could do.My husband has been in hospital 4 times in the past 2 weeks and these pills are life saving for him, heart medication etc,I was stunned that someone who is supposed to care could not wait 5 mins, yes I am only 5mins away, so I could get all important medication for my 84 year old husband.No one offered to drop them into us either. I have supported this chemist since they first opened in the bay and this is disgusting and worrying. There have been many changes made in this pharmacy and not all are for the good of the clients, the newer staff not all, but some along with the new pharmacists just dont have the caring capacity that the old ones used to have.I am still dumbfounded that my husband has to go without his medication tonight and tomorrow morning because someone wasn't willing to wait 5 mins to help a client out and give him his medication.I know if this had have been Peter or John this wouldn't have happened. I wish there was somewhere I could report them.The wrong name is at the top of this review the correct name is : Mary Puddefoot
