I found myself at Autobarn, Rothwell this afternoon because I was told by two different Supercheap Auto stores that they were unable to fit my headlight because it was inaccessible, yet Braden and Hayden at Autobarn, Rothwell - were able to fit my headlight with ease. Braden was especially thoughtful in offering to move my car to the fitting bay so I didn't have to move my baby in and out of the car again which was greatly appreciated, especially on days like today when I had previously been given the runaround. I'll be sure to return to this store for my future car needs. Thanks team!
Always has a decent products. Staff knowledge is good - good local store for the area.
Autobarn Rothwell is my go too for everything. The staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable about any performance part they have. If they don't have the item you need they will recommend other stores besides SCA that will stock performance partsdisclaimer they don't say this is what you should do more giving you options and it's upto you to find outnnI recommend using that store, Very very good at what they do and will go that extra mile for you if you need to arrange a pick up after hours
Stop here to have a look at things I needed in the future. Cian gave exceptional service, as did the gentlemen that assisted me also. Cian was fantastic with our interaction, more then happy to help with a big smile that made me feel welcomed. Don't come here much but this experience will definitely have me coming back time and time again. Cian also managed to sign me up as a member, something I'm normally reluctant to do. Both of the staff that served me are assests to your business and provide exceptional customer service. Want to feel important as a customer then shop at autobahn rothwell.
Jordi & Robert we’re so so helpful!nI needed something specific done and Robert took a whole hour on the phone fiddling and sorting everything for me out in the car on a stinking hot day nJordi was very welcoming, friendly and polite; the whole time I was there she greeted every customer that walked in. Hard to find good customer service nowadays but all their staff were very professional.
