Best Friends Virginia

Amazing service. Had taken my dog to pet barn cause it’s closer and I have a 4 month old baby but despite paying for a deluxe groom was told at the end that cutting his nails was just too difficult. Called best friends, they told me to drop in whenever, did it straight away, only took 5 minutes and they didn’t even charge me cause I’d already paid for a groom elsewhere. Told me they’d collect him from the car if bub was asleep to make it even easier next time! So happy!!

Every visit to the Best Friends store at Virginia has been incredible - the service here is second to none! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always happy to go above the call of duty to meet your needs. My partner and I take our cat with us whenever we visit the store for supplies, and each time without fail the staff recognise us and our little fur-baby! I cannot rate the team at Virginia highly enough!

Great place to get basic aquarium supplies and fish. No salt water or exotic. Reasonable price (better if member). Great advice about the fish from the young enthusiastic staff members, even though l did feel like l was being watched (by one older staff member) when opening a box to look at a filter with my 2 under 6 boys sitting on my lap even after buying a large edge tank. 😁

Love this place and so does our Puppy! Great selection of toys, food, accessories and treats. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. If you live nearby and have a pet, it's definitely worth signing up to their loyalty program. They often have VIP nights with discounts and giveaways. It's great to have the vet, store and groomer all together in the one place.

Love these guys!! Every time I walk in there is friendly staff to help you out and always up for a chat. Their grooming service is fantastic.
