I visited your store two weeks ago with my family, your staff were very welcoming and informative, the puppies were so cute, playing and very happy. I was quite surprised on the size of the store and the range of accessories you have on display also great prices. I purchased a beautiful Cavoodle puppy and everything I needed to accommodate our newest family member, it was great to be able to buy everything in the one store. I would like to thank Puppy Palace and the staff on the great job they do.

I was in the store last week and I was surprised at how big the store actually is. I was extremely happy to be greeted when I entered the store doesn't happen alot these days sadly in retail the staff are friendly and very helpful. Recently we lost our fur baby Tigger to an accident and are still greiving the loss. Although we are not ready to add another addition to the family we will definetly return to Puppy Palace in the future. The store was very clean and tidy and puppies were happily playing which was nice to see. Good to see the range of products they sell from feed, bedding, toys. Overall wonderful experience and a pleasant store to visit.

I went in the store a couple of days ago to get a few things. The selection that they have from coats, health products, beds, toys and so much more is amazing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their pet supplies. The staff are always wonderful and willing to help not matter what. Overall it was an amazing experience

I purchased 2 puppies from Puppy Palace. They are the best dogs we have ever owned. They have had no health issues and are a beautiful temperament.

We cannot speak more highly of Puppy Palace! We have brought 2 American Spoodles from this store, one in 2017 and one this year. Their puppies are so beautiful. They are VERY well looked after. They are very careful with hygiene to protect the pups when visiting. They also really care about pups care when you take them home - they spend a long time explaining proper care / what to do. They also provide helpful information to take home. My first puppy Chester who is 3 is the most incredible dog, and I am sure our new addition will grow up to be exactly the same!

During the past three weeks we have been involved in the purchase of a new puppy. Because of word of mouth we decided to visit puppy palace. The staff are very good. They take good care of the puppies and are knowledgeable. In accordance with their initial commitment they contacted us to allow us to select our puppy and organise a time for collection. Recommended to other prospective puppy buyers.

We just drove through the horrendous rain from the Gold Coast to buy a gorgeous Schnoodle from Puppy Palace. Danielle there was reaally helpful and offered heaps of good advice. The store was clean, and they took hygiene very seriously. All their Puppies seemed healthy and happy, and were ethically sourced. We're really happy we came here, and highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a new furry member to their family!

We purchased a spoodle pup from puppy palace a couple of years ago now & he’s been fantastic. We weren’t sure what we wanted when we arrived, but the staff member talked us through our lifestyle etc & recommended the spoodle, & he has been the perfect fit! He’s been happy & in perfect health, albeit a little cheeky! The staff present that day were very helpful, they ran us through toilet training & feeding & health products, everything we needed. There was no pressure to buy & they were more then happy to answer all of our silly questions being new pup owners. We’ve recently been considering getting a buddy for our boy and have no hesitation in returning to puppy palace. We will have to come check out the new store, the photos look great!

We purchased my daughter a jack Russell.x moodle. The lady was excellent and helpful. She allowed my daughter to look at all the puppies and then choose. Store was clean and hygienic.
