My 4th or so visit over the past couple of years - was assisted by a friendly team member Kaitlyn in training, it’s this kind of service, which will bring me back! We’ll be local soon so it’ll be our ‘go to’ for our two boys - Grooming for the second time and fabulous too , thank goodness no more wet ears and ear infections previous groomer would always leave inner ear wet! I do recall a time we didn’t enjoy our experience at this store …. something has definitely changed , fabulous!
I went to buy puppy stuff as we were getting one. The ladies who work at this store were both very helpful and friendly. They took their time explaining things like treats, toys, leads etc. that are best for my puppy. They signed me up as a member which is awesome to get discounts. I will also book them to do puppy school and I think it'll turn out great.
Amazing customer service today at the keperra store. Helped me find the exact food in a 20kg bag and ziwi peak treats for our samoyed puppy! So bright, friendly, positive and smiley! Made my entire day better just having someone be so nice! Even carried the big bag out to the car! Great person, Great company!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. If they don't know the answer they find out and seem to be a great work team. Shop is always tidy and animals in good health and clean cages/pens/tanks.
Our doggie had one of the best cuts ever from here. The girls were super lovely too.
Breaks my heart to even write this- I came a few months ago to get my dog groomed. I was early so I came in and watched from a distance. I witnessed them hit my dog on the head with a hair brush because he was pulling away from being shaved. I then watched them pull his paw aggressively to cut his nails. I was extremely mortified- I will never be back and I’ll never step foot in this place again. It’s so unfortunate that this is happening to peoples pets behind their backs. Everyone drops their animals off expecting them to be in good hands and this is really what’s happening. If he was being difficult I would have appreciated a call or message to say you couldn’t continue rather than pulling/ hitting my dog.
Purchased a few items at the recent 30% sale. Emily was a great help. Her service was awesome. She even helped me carry items across the carpark and genuinely chatted the whole way. My Staffy wasn't back with me until the day after the sale and when I tried the new winter jacket on her it was a little tight. I exchanged it the next day. The female staff member that assisted was awesome. She checked the fit on my dog and gave her a treat. It was obvious she likes dogs and my furry friend was stoked to see her. Keep up the great work Pet Stock Keperra.
