We like to take a gentle aproach to pet grooming to ensure that your dog is comfortable about visiting us each time. If your dog is in any way anxious we will discuss with you desensitisation techniques for you and us to improve their behaviour.
We also want to make sure you are happy with your pets hair cuts and our service, so please give us any feedback.
