The ladies in the cat section were gold! They knew everything about all the kittens and were really amazing to talk to. We adopted a baby girl named Memphis and she is immediately cosy at home.  I cannot recommend visiting this place enough.

they have very friendly and supportive staff. Yesterday I took my newly adopted GSD for a wash. My dog panics after shower and just dont want to go back to the car. Both staff were super helpful. They give suggestions which works very well and free treats for my dog. highly recommended for everyone!

They recently moved the shop here and it’s better! There are almost everything your pets need and you can adopt  adorable animals here. Rspca volunteers can get 10% discounts.

Totally rude staff. We would have liked to have adopted a cat. My daughter asked a staff member if she could go in and see the cats and the staff member replied “unless you are adopting you won’t see the cats” in a rude manner looking my daughter up and down… I was going to adopt but with that attitude I’ll go adopt elsewhere.  We then went and looked at the birds. 2 staff members were nearby, no one asked if we needed help. Totally useless and rude staff

I check here first for any accessories for my dogs. I love the Rogz leather collar and lead colours and they always keep good stock.

Friendly staff and MUCH cheaper than Petbarn just up the road. Paid $17 for a fish tank filter that was $37 ! at Petbarn.

Great range. Solid self dog wash facilities. Also have a grooming service.

W4P is fabulous! Staff truly care about your pet, it's more than a job. The prices are considerably less than big chain pet stores. Helping owners to continue care during through times.  ‍    Dog Grooming with Emma is AMAZING. She's fabulous with our German Shedder Shepherd. He loved his time with the team & looked so handsome ... Like a Hemsworth or Zoolander! ... Rates are very reasonable Plus ur supporting the RSPCA ‍   Call the store for an appointment, pop in for advice or cheaper prices & best of all speak with your wallet & help RSPCA.

Went in for a look and spent half my pay hahaha great place Animals look happy and healthy Wish I could have stayed a little longer Customer service was excellent

Well stocked store with plenty of variety and helpful staff.
