Please answer your phone...have been trying for 2 days now 30mins on hold atm..just want to find out where to buy it from my area

I have bought Pro Peak for many years for my dog and have always been impressed by the quality.  That is, until now. Scotty's appear to have fundamentally changed the recipe and thereby joined the rest of the dog food manufacturers that dish up sub-standard mush for dogs. The colour of the Pro Peak roll has changed from a fresh-looking sausage to a murky brown; where previously there was little to no smell, it now has a putrid, foul smell that is enough to make you sick; and finally, it is filled with so many bone fragments that you can almost spike your finger when you cut into it. I bought 3 rolls and they were all the same so unlikely to just be a 'bad batch'.  Having been a loyal customer for many years, I am really disappointed that Scotty's no longer seems to place any importance on quality. Even more disappointing is that I emailed them privately and have not received any response. I will not be buying Scotty's again and do not recommend it.

One star is to much. 
Trying to call all day long and got no where, 
same message all day long, you very important what a bull. 
If you can't respond to your customers you don't deserve to have any, no customers no business. Thanks for next.

Never answer their phone. Supposedly they are always receiving "a peak in high call volume." Poor service.
