My fur baby was admitted on Monday for a dental procedure. Thank you, Jessica, for taking such wonderful care of my baby. The service was absolutely outstanding, exceeding my expectations. Jessica called me after the surgery to let me know that Smokey was settled and doing well. When I picked my fur baby up, the nurse provided me with a detailed update. Today, I received a follow-up call from the practice nurse to see how Smokey was doing. I am so grateful for the amazing care provided. Thank you, Jessica, for looking after my fur baby so lovingly. xxx

We walked in without an appointment to see if we could have my sweet puppy checked after he was injured. The staff were amazing, very accommodating and kind. The vet was very friendly. We didn't feel rushed, and we weren't pressured to send our pup for tests or scans.nnWe will absolutely be bringing all of our fur children back.

I can't thank the vets and staff at Park Ridge enough! After my Oscar had surgery at another vet clinic that turned necrotic,  Park Ridge admitted him and operated same day. The after care was amazing and Oscar has made a full recovery. Wonderful caring genuine staff. Thank you so much! You saved his life!

Dr Jess has been looking at my 14 year old cat, and has been very responsive and extremely helpful. Providing me with a variety of options for my cat's conditions, answering email enquiries at all hours, and even delivering some medications to me, as it was on her way one day.

I changed to Park Ridge due to cost.  They used to be very affordable but now have had to compete to stay open I guess.  Not sure whether the vets are paid by the number of services they receive from each pet but you go in needing one service and they identify numerous others that your pet needs.  Great service though.
