Staff are amazing, nice and professional,  and very caring. They are absolutely confident dealing with my large x breed dog mastiff x. Almost 67kgnThe clinic is clean, tidy and spacious.

We’ve visited Park Ridge Animal Hospital twice and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Sadly we had to put one of our senior dogs to sleep as he was very unwell, but they made it a very peaceful and loving experience. The team were so respectful and caring. Highly recommend this vet for emergency care!

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to the entire team for the care, kindness, and compassion shown to us during one of the hardest moments of our families life. Saying goodbye to our dog cleo was heartbreaking, but the way the staff supported us made all the difference.nnFrom the moment we walked in, we were treated with such gentleness, patience, and respect. Nothing felt rushed. Every step was explained with empathy, and it was clear how deeply they cared not just for my dog, but for us as well. They made an incredibly painful experience feel peaceful, dignified, and full of love.nnThank you for treating Cleo with such tenderness in her final moments and for comforting us when I needed it most. I will forever be thankful for the compassion you showed us. This is a team that truly loves what they do, and it shows in every way.

After 25 years of loyalty. My puppy needed a vet as he had a tick in his eye. With half an hour open they said we had to take him to a hospyialn40 mins drive away as they had a policy not because they were busy not to take an appointment more than 1/2 hour before close in case the puppy needed ongoing care!nnWe will be changing vets to a vet ghat cares about out animals and our loyalty!nnThink before using them!

Amazing staff! Always feeling secure leaving my fur babies with these guys, I have been going here since 2022 and have never had a bad experience! Genuine care, empathy, compassion and service affordability is the best in comparison to other local vet clinics. Thank you PRAH for providing quality care to my fur babies and holistically looking after my needs as well being a pet owner.
