What was a normal day today getting fish supplies has made me heart broken and frustrated due to the lack of care and passion that petbarn has for there amazing wonderfull fish. there where lots of dead fish in their fish tanks that looks like they've been sitting there for a long time IV had to tell my son that the fish are sleeping. And the betta fish where unwell and their tanks look Putrid.It's not the first time I've seen this happen in this Petbarn but as well as other petbarns. pls never shop at petbarn clearly they can not look after fish Let alone Other animals. photos down bollow

Worth a visit regardless of your pet experience. I found toilet training products that I didn't even know existed that I wish I'd known about earlier with my puppy. BE AWARE... That if you're not a Petbarn member some items can cost up to 30% more than prices listed on their website so be sure to double check the costs before paying.

My go to store for all my cat food/toys and accessories. I wanted to try my cats on a new wet food and one worker talked me through all the best options based on the questions he had asked me. She was very helpful and spent a good 20minutes with me.

Called and requested cat food to be put aside for a family member. Staff couldn't locate the stock then gave the wrong flavour. Realised once home and had to return it for the correct one. Increased communication and attention to detail needs to be improved. I clearly double checked the brand, flavour, package colours, and number of items with staff over the phone and this couldn't be managed. Not good service.

Nice and friendly good quality pet food.

unorganised.  Placed an online order and the next morning I receive a text message and email stating it’s ready for pick up. However I arrive around lunchtime to be informed that my order was cancelled. I did receive a phone call from a random number around 30 minutes before arriving to the store. But no voice mail was left.  I provided feedback to customer service team and I was informed that the store did get in contact with me and I verbally agreed for a refund which never happened.

Always a friendly team, have been shopping with you guys for almost 2 years and will continue to shop with you guys. Highly recommend you guys to any  person/family who have pets as you guys take the time out to ask individual people how their pet is doing, I hadn't been in for a few months and to walk through the doors feeling welcome is awesome

I understand being short staffed, but zero sense of urgency and constantly being side tracked while helping a customer with a simple request is not good service. I left frustrated instead of waiting any longer.  The store was clean, the range is great. The prices are good too.

Ordered a delivery that arrived with an incorrect product. Popped down to the store about 2.30pm and there were none on the shelves to exchange. By 5pm the correct product had been re-delivered to me.
