Visited this store for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. Was greeted by Krissy who helped my daughter pick out her new beta and took the time to give her advice on how to care for it. I only visited as I was in the area and usually go somewhere closer for supplies with my cavaliers, but will now travel the distance because of the friendly service.

So happy to see new pet rats down here on the southside. Its been ages since we have seen such beautifully temperamented and bred pet rat.

They for some reason enjoy just picking up the phone then hanging it up a second later when I tried calling them on multiple occasions but other then that it's a pretty nice place

Pet Domain is an excellent shop for shopping for various PETS. The prices are very competitive and mostly beats every shop in the town against particular brands. On top of competitive prices, PETS Domain also offer free membership with so many benefits that members get. I have got couple of times 10 dollars voucher savings while I have been their customer for close to 6-9 months. Also members get the shelf product savings. The shops have have various birds, fishes and other animals for sale as well. Go for a visit and you won't be disappointed. You can also go to their website and sign up for sales catalogues and also can ship products. In Browns plain shop, Staff is very helpful and also you don't waste a lot of time in the queue as they are quite fast in serving. Enjoy discounts while you are here. Great range of products and deals. Really helpful and friendly staff. I've frequented all pet shops in Browns Plains and this has become my favourite. Reasonably priced and quality cat litter too ^_^

Great service, I have never walked in without getting greeted or asked if I needed help. Staff seem to be knowledgable. I usually see them stock mice/rats/birds/fish

We drop in now and then to buy dog food even though they are more expensive than other pet stores for the brand we buy.  Usually the staff are quite slow and can be rude but that hasn't really bothered us all that much.  The other day I was at the shop next door so decided while I was there I would have a look at their tropical fish also much more expensive than other stores and check out a few other things I needed.  After deciding I would save my money and go elsewhere I was asked if I needed "help" only after I tried to leave.  I was made to feel very uncomfortable and basically being interrogated for looking at their store and not purchasing anything.  Maybe if you treated your customers better and had more competitive prices then people would buy from your store.  Having over priced stock and rude staff with no customer service skills will not help.  I will not shop here again and hope other people don't either.

I would like to thank and commend the staff and especially the manager Ryan for the excellent advise and help my family have received in relation to the needs of our problem puppy. Their customer service is second to none and their knowledge of the situation and the advise received has helped us immensely. Thank you Ryan.

Being new to the area, I read through the google reviews before going to Pets Domain at Browns Plains. Despite the majority of bad reviews, I decided to go.  My experience was not like the majority of bad reviews I read. My experience was actually good - dog food is reasonably priced and the service is good.

Fantastic place for all pets big and small for food, toys accessories and much more    I got all 4 of my baby oscars from there and my pleco, couldn't ask for a better place :
