All the vets are fantastic. They give every option available & do not pressure for invasive therapies or surgeries that don't have chance for optimal success.... my mother also uses this practice & highly recommends them also. Congratulations to all the staff for making every experience as positive as they can, even sadly the negative ones

I have owned dogs for the past 40 years and this is by far the best veterinary practice I have ever used. All of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable. I am so glad to have found the veterinary practice at Logan Village, super happy! Thank you.

I have been using this incredible vet clinic for years now and i will never go anywhere else. The knowledge and attention to detail that Nigel and his staff show goes above and beyond anything ive ever seen. Nigel has saved the life of my dogs on more than one occasion and i highly recommend him.

I have brought my dog to VVCC regularly since 2022 when I moved to the area. From check-ups to vaccinations and other unforeseeable medical concerns for my dog, I always have peace of mind knowing that my dog is in the best of care possible.nnIn my experience, the staff are outstandingly professional, polite, understanding, and accommodating and are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I have the best experience possible during that stressful moment. In addition, the vets are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate, and I feel they sincerely care about my dog while providing me with all the relevant options and information available so that I can make the best informed decision possible. They have never pressured me to do anything unnecessary or not in my dogs well-being.nnIn my opinion, the overall quality of service and care is of the highest tier standard I have witnessed and far exceeds the low and affordable price they offer.nnBased on my experience, I would highly recommend VVCC to anyone who seeks a veterinary service that provides a professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, accommodating, honest, and affordable care.

My elderly chihuahua was diagnosed with heart failure. The recommended medication is about $416.00 dollars for 1 month supply.nI am a pensioner, I explained I do notnreceive enough income to pay this amount.nI have discovered that this is an extortionate amount as I googled the medication and found I could get it for approximately 1/8 the cost through an online vet, but they would require a prescription.nI went back to the Logan Village vet and asked for my dog’s prescription and was flatly refused. The reason?n‘We don’t do that here’. I asked if it was possible to get a pensioner discount for the medication, with the same result. I was devastated and left in tears.nIt was my understanding that if a diagnosis  proved a medication is necessary, the vet is under obligation to provide a prescription in the same way a Doctor of Medicine does, under the law.nTo have another vet evaluate my dog would cost me a minimum of $120 dollars which, after having already spent well over this amount at the Logan Village vet, is far beyond my ability to pay.nI am horrified by the irresponsible conduct and lack of  care for animals practiced by this vet clinic and would never recommend them to anyone, under and circumstances.
