Great new store, very fresh. Location not great as it’s off a very busy main road making it tricky to get in and out. In saying that the vet was great with my dog and I had the best service and felt listened to.
First ever visit to Beenleigh Greencross and the experience was unwelcoming. My dachshund is frightened of people and I'd explained this before I arrived. He urinated out of fear and one of the girls vet/manager? made it seem like an inconvenience to her. Then they took him in, i asked to come in and was met with a "no!, its easier if the owner doesn't come in" by the main vet/manager?. Once they were done she told me they'd give my boy back once they take payment and held him behind the counter. What a very disappointing visit. We have been going to Greencross in another suburb for 6+ years and they are wonderful, only tried this one because it was a small issue and they're closer. I think I will continue to go to our regular for even the smallest issue now. It's worth the 40min drive for great service. Won't return to Beenleigh.
A visit to the vet can be daunting or worrying, however Nikki and her wonderful team always make every visit of ours a welcoming experience. If anything we look forward to visiting. Jazz says - Thank you Nikki and team!
Called them for help due to finding an injured plover. They instructed me on what to do. Definitely reccomed for advice
Really disappointed in a conversation I had this morning by a rude staff member. I asked about my dogs nails be cut and the cuticle being Quarterised, she thought I meant cuticles being burnt to stop them growing and says to me “ how would you like your cuticles burnt” disgusting unprofessional response” Nicky. I was just asking a question that animal welfare mentioned to me that some vets do, as I hate putting my dog under to get her nails cut each time. No need to be rude in your tone also. Try being a little more professional.
Lovely , caring and very patient stuff I am so grateful with VET Dr Kimberley who look after my boy : amazing recovery ‍ no problems or concerns at all . I highly recommend her .
The beenleigh site is great and the staff are lovely. How ever I think there x ray's are insanely over priced.
Staff were friendly enough Freya was comfortable and stress free through her checks
Very friendly staff and the vets are great
So happy we took our staffy to this clinic to have a second opinion. We had recently visited another veterinarian in the area which we haven’t had real answers from. Our boy had been suffering with an irritating skin condition for quite some time and only two days on his new medication & his skin has improved dramatically! He is back to his normal self. Thank you so much team, highly recommend!
