Friendly helpful staff. Dr Caroline was kind, gentle and patient with my very nervous litle rescue dog and very efficient and knowlegeable. Took time to explain things and gave suggestions for helping my dog to be more relaxed for her next visit. Very happy.
Such a great veterinary surgery. Took my cat into here for the first time as he was having serious problems and they noted what it was straight away and got him into surgery quick smart and saved my baby. It wasn’t ridiculously expensive either which I was worried about. They came up with solutions that would make things easier on us and help us save money. Now he’s all safe and completely okay at home. Would highly recommend taking your furbaby here
I cannot recommend the team at Bryants Road Vet more highly. Caring, attentive, and dedicated to say the least. Take all your furry family members there!
Dr Andrew and the wonderful team of nurses have helped my Elsa over the past 2 years more than any vet has. I can't recommend them higher. If you want your pet to be truly taken care of, come here. My baby is excited to come to the vet and loves all the pats and cuddles she gets.
Disappointed that I wasn't aware that Andrew and Ros previous owners have retired. I hope the new owners are as good as they were very helpful and knowledgeable vets.
Can't thank the team and particularly Andrew Waugh for his professionalism and dedication. My very sick labrador handled magnificently and included a surgery which went off without a hitch. Great to see experienced Vets making good decisions for our pets.
absolutely disgusted in the greed of this place, I've taken my dog here since she was born and given her everything they have recommended and spared absolutely no expense doing so I've never questioned any pricing and even when she's only a little bit off if taken here just to be on the safe side. but you charging just to talk to me or to look at her for 1 minute is unacceptable i took my dog there this morning because she has an absolute tiny lump on her belly and so at the counter i asked the vet not the receptionist to just look at it for one second and if she felt it was nothing id leave it and if not id have gladly paid thru the nose again to keep my puppy healthy buttttttttt i cant keep spending $200 every single time she has a lump or a bump or a bit of gunk in her eye just for the vet to look at it, in the time she was refusing to help me she could have just looked at it for one sec and id have followed her instruction from there. ive spent thousands of dollars here in under ten months and they act like my dog is apart of the family but wont give her the time of day unless its money up front for shame ... i run a business i get paid for my work but i have to quote first and i don't get paid for that and i have to drive sometimes an hour just to find out my clients getting three other quotes its just business wont be back .....
I won't take my animals anywhere else. Christie has helped so much with my chronically ill cat. I feel heard in my appointments and they are always conscious of clients budgets
Not welcomed at the front door. Rude lady and man, saying our dog was dangerous and not being considerate at all. No positivity, not caring just plain rude, only working for the business. Not the Vet i want to be taking my pets to. Been here a few times over the years and the experience is unfortunately always the same. Need to find a new vet asap.
