My favourite vet. Always warm and welcoming. Our little dog Sophie was very relaxed after having her ears cleaned and her Claws clipped today.nnRoom for improvement:nI will admit though your practice is VERY money/cost focused and while I understand the need to check the cost is ok before completing a procedure I had the vet tell me 3 or 4 times the cost of my 2 dogs treatment which was high and felt a little judged like they thought I couldn't pay, dispite me saying our long term dog was on vetpay I was quoted full price for her treatment treatments that ended up being covered. It was very stressful and I dont think you should be having large costs misquoted to you while in treatment rooms as I could of potentially turned down services my pet needed based on that unrealistic misleading information that was given. Payment fees/quotes for services really should be processed through the counter properly by the desk and quoted to you accurately taking into account your petss individual cover/care plan information to give a more accurate indication to the cost of services even when in the treatment room.
Highly recommend to all pet owners looking for highly skilled and caring vets. Always have a great experience when I visit with my cats. My cat is often scared of new people but is always at ease with any vet they visit which goes to show how gentle and friendly the vets are!

As first time puppy parents we were extremely naive even though we thought we were prepared and the kindness, patience and love shown by team at VetLove to us and our little boy Riley was above and beyond.nI would recommend VetLove to anyone, from the vets to the nursing staff and front of house team we thank you nMat, joy and Riley
My lovely cat Scooter needed an urgent Xray to determine whether or not he needed an operation. The staff at VetLove rearranged a very full schedule to organise this. As well as providing excellent medical care and great kindness, VetLove provided excellent advice and a good follow up.plan. Scooter is now restored to health and happiness and we couldn't be more delighted.
Took my 10 week old Cavoodle to VetLove after she became quite sick. When we arrived we were greeted by nurse Amy, she took us straight to the consultation room and talked us through the procedures. Amy made me feel at ease as had to leave my girl at the vets for observations. With the care and attention Sophie received while I was present I was confident my dog was in good hands.nWe received phone calls from the nurses on Sophie’s progress.nSafe to say I am extremely happy with our experience, my puppies will remain with VetLove for life.
