We always take our kitty Todd to the vet lounge. They are always excellent and we always leave there feeling good about our visit. However, we recently took kitty down to have some knots removed from his fur and returned to pick him up and he had been completely shaved except his head and tail. We were not advised that this was going to happen and frankly he looks ridiculous and I think he knows it. He's been behaving strangely since. It appears that the job may have been done by a trainee as it is not well done. If they had explained that that is what they were going to do we would have refused but there was no explanation. We will still use the vet lounge without a doubt as their work on a whole is great and we wouldn't trust anyone else with our precious Todd, I just wish the communication was better on this occasion.

We can't thank vet lounge enough! Melbourne cup day just gone, we lost our big boof, maverick. It happened so quickly in our backyard and very upsetting that he isn't here anymore. We took him straight to vet lounge and they looked over him and told us what happened to him. We were is so much shock from everything that just happened and the vet lady was so lovely about the entire situation and did the check on our big boof all complementary. We are so grateful for everything you had done for us. Highly recommended! Thank you vet lounge.

Saved our dog's life. Can't thank them enough, all their staff are incredible. Best Vet on the Gold Coast.
