Feeling a bit disappointed , we have been going to Marsden Vets for more then 12 years. Always very happy and grateful with the great service we have received for our pooches and cats over the years when Joe was the owner but During a recent visit to the clinic i was very dissapointed with the level of care we received not from the vet but the new practice manager and reception staff. The way you treated my animal and me during a very stressful time is negligent and discusting behavior. I don’t know what has gone  wrong but it seems totally unorganized and unprofessional,  We are extremely disappointed and won’t be using the services again. We are not close to the clinic, so driving our pooches there was never an issue as we felt, we built up the great relationship and knew they were  always in  safe hands. The people at the front desk and your practice MANAGER are a crucial part of any business IF YOU ARE THE OWNER you need to either retrain your practice manager or replace her she will end up ruining your business, just very disappointed to how we were made to feel on two separate occasions by theses same staff members.

Beware of this surgery!

A.MAZ.ING staff...I wasn't the easiest of (brand new) customers yet they could not have been more accommodating!
Handy, EASY to find (right on a bus line 👌) location.
