I could not have asked for a better service. We were in the area when our dog had a seizure. Our relative takes her dogs here and called ahead of us. They signed us in, and without much of a wait, assessed and managed our dogs issue.  They were clear with costings ahead of time and explained everything very well so we were reassured and confident what we needed to do. Excellent. Thank you.

We've had 4 dogs with this vets and wouldn't go anywhere else. They're kind, knowledgeable, and charge fair prices.

Koala Park have been looking after mine and my families dogs for many years.  The staff are incredibly supportive, kind, caring and compassionate.  They have helped us through many life events for our animals and I can not recommend them highly enough.

Money making thats all they are interested in .they won't  give you a script for dog if they sell the medication in house .which you will pay dearly for.KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE i just got told i wont be welcomed back . and taken of the books . I suppose JUST FOR telling what happened and what i was told. WELL DONE KOALA PARK GO TO THE  TOP OF THE CLASS . The books were not closed when i came to see you... so only good reviews are allowed . Ohh don't  worry i won't  be back  . Not on your nelly .

Very caring atmosphere and dedication to my animal when she was taken down. No appointment and she was seen straight away. Totally recommend this service.

I arrived early today to bring my cat in urgently& Dr Jed saw my Toby asap,as usual the treatment was exercellent I usually see Dr Jo &hv found the treatment &Compassion for all the animals was A1 Highly recommend koala vets

Hands down best vet and best customer service in redlands , they always go out of there way for your fur baby's and are soo cheap compared to the service you receive

Always such a great experience at KPVS, they are such a lovely team and are so patient and friendly when giving advice and during appointments

I can't recommend a place enough. When it comes to your furry babies, you want to be able to completely trust in the hands that you're giving them to. I can't thank these guys enough for how much they've helped and also the advice they gave in regards to her health. From the moment I picked up the phone to when I got to pick her back up again from an overnight stay, they made the entire experience so comforting knowing myself and my fur baby were well taken care of. If I could give more stars, I would. Your entire team should be extremely pleased with how they care for their clients. I couldn't rave enough about you all. xx

Koala Park have been looking after my fur family for many years and I cannot thank them enough. Exceptionally good at their jobs and take extra care. Sam is an amazing vet and has helped our best friends through all injuries/sickness.
