Reviews

Dr Abbie and the Team at VSS are simply AWESOME!!nnAfter a VERY bad experience with the vet mob down the road see my other review we went to see Dr Abbie and it was a totally different experience from the outset. Dr. Abbie is a very clever lady and has fabulous interpersonal skills so you always understand the situation at every juncture.nnOur little dog had to get knee reconstruction surgery and it was a very worrying time for the entire family but being able to talk to the actual surgeon who will do the operation was so reassuring.nnThe surgery went perfectly and our dog is recovering in leaps and bounds pardon the pun - we have to try to stop her doing leaps and bounds for the next few weeks.nnWe knew the costs up front, we booked the day/time and it happened as planned, Dr. Abbie regularly called to provide updates - so reassuring to know our baby was in such capable hands!!!nnOh...and I was able to get receipts emailed for payments - woohoo not like the other place we went.nnTo anyone reading this review, don't get VSS mixed up with that other mob up the road. Do yourselves a favour and go see Dr. Abbie for anything important related to your fur babies and she will put your mind at ease.nnThanks again to ALL OF THE TEAM at VSS!!!

Dr. Luke and staff saved my cat From a brown snake bite, she was very sick When she got there ,they kept us informed ,the were friendly ,They let us go in and see her. I would recommend these Vets

We took Leo to the VSS emergency hospital at Jindalee and they were so welcoming and compassionate with my cat Leo as he was wheezing, they monitored him and he calmed down after few hours, i loved the follow up asking how he was feeling. Highly recommended!!!

Just home from picking up our dog who didn't learn the first time when she was bitten by an Eastern Brown 18 months ago that it's not a smart thing to do!nThank you to all the staff for saving her again. I highly recommend. Very caring, knowledgeable staff and great communication.

2 of my greyhounds individually saw Dr Bec and Dr Aaron for specialist dental work. I couldn’t be happier with both. Dr Bec and Dr Aaron showed an affinity with the hounds and took plenty of time to listen to my concerns, explain the procedure and thoroughly answer all questions. Upon pickup, X-rays and photos taken during surgery were explained, home care instructions discussed and a checkup appointment made. I received a follow up phone call for each greyhound the following day, to check on their recovery very good.nI highly recommend both Dr Aaron and Dr Bec.
