Absolutely the best service, took out pregnant staffy in and got nothing but professional service the entire time. Great prices and even book and emergency appointment within 24hrs. Definitely be going back. And mum had babies safely 24 hours after.
We are Healthy Pets Plus members which means we pay a monthly amount and get free consultations and vaccinations - and a few more bonuses. This works so well for us because we're the typical dog parents who sometimes just need the reassurance that whatever is going on is ok - and having an older dog and a puppy, we sometimes feel we're there every week!! I adore the vets I've seen, and I usually get along well with the nurses. You can't love everyone though, which doesn't mean they're not a great vet surgery! I regularly recommend them to friends and family.
Awesome service. Our dog was treated for a cell mast tumour and vet Kerry was great with him. Appreciated the follow up calls to check on how he was progressing, and it's reassuring to know he was in good hands.
As always these guys are our preferred vet. We drive 40minutes each way just to see the team at Jindalee. I have previously taken snakes, rats and dogs and they have been fairly priced and want to care for the animal. They always follow up and if there is anything wrong they are happy to call for follow up or squeeze pupper in. I can't recommend them enough. I also recommend healthy pets plus!
The team are so welcoming and extremely professional. Our dog Bella has only been to the vets twice and both times the service provided was outstanding. Highly recommend.
I rate them with full marks for the affection, concern, care, goodwill and competence of the team that assisted me. They treated my little dog with the greatest possible care, in addition to explaining in detail how to take care of her. Thank you, Greencross Team!
Vet that we got was cold towards my dog who thrives on social interaction. She didn't greet my dog and my dog doesn't settle until she knows someone is friendly. My dog did a nervous wee TWICE when examined as a result. Medical care was good though
My dog was bitten by another dog. Green Cross fit me in and my much adored pooch was promptly treated. BTW the bill was not eye watering. Very happy, so is my dog.
Jacinda was absolutely amazing when we brought our puppy in to check a sore shoulder. She also called us with updates on her results and to check in on how rhea was doing.
Amazing vet and great customer service! Friendly and very welcoming staff and amazing treatment for my boy!
