My partner and I recently brought in our 11 year old labrador bonny who unfortunately had to go under emergency abdominal surgery. I cannot thank DR Katie Scarr and DR Kim enough for saving our little girl. The level of care and comfort we have received is overwhelming. The vet nurses have been so supportive and comforting for our little girl. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my partner for everything you have done for my bonny.
We took our Boston terrier in to Centenary Vets, Forest Lake yesterday afternoon for the very first time and I can’t express how much of a great experience we had. The staff were so friendly and so so great with our little fur baby. For a dog that can barely sit still out of excitement 99% of the time Dr Kathy was so calm and gentle the whole time that he sat there without any trouble. She rewarded him with treats and also took time to talk with us about any questions or concerns we may have had regarding him and his health. I’m so pleased it was such a great experience, we’ve just moved to the area so having such a great Vet close by puts our minds at ease. I’d recommend to anyone who loves their little fur babies. Thankyou Centenary Vets, Forest Lake. You were great!

Really disappointed in the professionalism of the Forest Lake clinic. I won't be taking my pets to a clinic with such poor communication skills. I also feel that this clinic like so many chain vet surgeries engages in over servicing which is a red flag for me.
We have a pet rescue dog. The staff were great and looked after him while checking him over.nTo there time to answer all or questions.nHave been using this vet on and off for over ten years.
