The team at Centenary Vets supported my boy Mason before his passing in April 2024. This week they helped Mason’s Mother Matilda Rose cross the Rainbow Bridge. We are heartbroken.nnIf there is one thing to bring comfort in this terrible time it is the compassion and kindness they showed my Son and I.nnFrom the phone call to book, our arrival and their whole demeanour and gentle explanation of the procedure, they made this distressing time able to be borne. I was beyond surprised to received the flowers and notes in the photos attached. The kindness brought more tears.nnThank you so very much to the wonderful team at Centenary Veterinary Surgery, you made an impossible time less impossible.
A huge thank you to the team for taking such wonderful care of my cat Boris during his fractured tooth surgery. From the very beginning, you made both of us feel at ease with your kindness, professionalism, and regular updates. I truly appreciated how gently and thoroughly you looked after him. Thanks to your excellent care, Boris has recovered beautifully. We’re so grateful!
Thank you Dr Amy and the amazing team of nurses at Middle Park for looking after our baby girl Alvie! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and caring. I really appreciated the patience they have shown towards Alvie to make her feel at ease. And for the amount of treats Alvie got, it should have been added to the bill!
This was not my regular vet. However the exceptional customer service and genuine passion and care from the team has me blown away dr Jayden is very knowledgeable and the nurses are compassionate and very understanding of emergency situations in regards to booking. It is nice to find a vet that actually cares about your pets overall health.
I had a deeply upsetting experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the nurse the one with the prominent tooth was pushy and rude, constantly trying to upsell me on their overpriced payment plans rather than focusing on my pet’s needs.nnThe vet spent barely five minutes with my dog, and in that short time mostly tried to upsell their payment plans once again. She then quickly ended the appointment and rushed me out, but not before charging me $200 for what was basically a sales pitch.nnOverall, I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and very concerned about the level of care this clinic provides. I will never return and would not recommend them to anyone who truly cares about their pet’s wellbeing.
