Excellent and helpful service! My dog was very sick . The staff and the Vet who treated my dog were absolutely exceptional. I am so thankful and Glad I found this Vet. My normal vet clinics were unavailable and they also chose not to respond to my emails. I had a terrible morning trying to find a Vet to treat my dog who was having bloody diarrhoea and vomiting. Greencross Vets at Redbank were fantastic.
They didn't have any kittens. Don't take my star rating personally its the only thing I know about this vet. They could be absolutely wonderful and I've known greencross vets in other places to be amazing. My rating was literally because they didn't have any kittens for adoption lol
Very passionate about pet health and will always give you all the options for your pet care. A good range of products inside aswell. Lots of room in the waiting room so you can not be to close to other pets and owners and nice private consultation rooms out back. The prices are comparative to others in the area but the service is above and beyond.
Very friendly staff here, we had to have our girl put to sleep and they were very compassionate and professional.
Both the Vet and reception staff were lovely and welcoming. They told us about different options for our new kitty as well as a plan that we can work out when we return next week!
Took a stray here to have her scanned for a microchip. Was told the details weren't registered and that we would have to just post her on facebook and hope for the best. Took her to another vet just to be safe and they found the owners details right away and were much more helpful.
Love these vets, definitely recommend Olivia. She's very professional and lovely, great with the animals. All the other staff are really nice and helpful too.
Terrible fone service and very UNhelpful. I felt like she couldn't be bothered talking to me. A real shame as the vets used to be very good but this person who answers the fone is uncaring. She shouldnt be dealing with customers!
