If i could give these guys 100 stars i would. I could write for an hour about my amazing experience . But all anyone needs to know is if you want 100+% Friendly Professional Incredibly caring services, Take your loved animal here. I personally will never take my dog to any other vet. An emergency trip on a Sunday from the Sunshine Coast a week before Christmas wasn’t exactly planned but I knew from the moment I stepped in the door with my little Dachshund Maggie I was in the right place. Thank you for caring for my Maggie so well during her stay, usually she can't wait to escape anything that looks remotely like a v... v... vet however this time around she looking fleetingly behind as we walked out the door :-) The friendliness and vibe of the facility is apparent from the moment you walk in the doors. Dr Lance and team, you are absolutely pawsome!

Just had a week long plus episode with my little terrier, the staff at ARH were great. No question was too difficult, and they knew exactly how to handle a very stressed dog and his more stressed owner. The vets all communicated his condition to each other, so his 24/7 care was brilliant. They even kept in touch with my regular vet to ensure continuity of care as my pooch went back and forth for treatment. The vets I saw were all great with people, and obviously great with animals. They never seemed rushed, always happy to answer questions and discuss ongoing care. Knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. The vet nurse and admin staff were exactly the same. Eager to help, always knew about our pet and their history. I was very confident leaving my dog with ARH. One notable experience with their admin side: As my dog was to be transferred back to be monitored over a weekend, I asked for an estimate of costs. I knew it was a difficult question like "how long is a piece of string" essentially, but they gave me a good guide and never made me feel like it was too difficult to answer. Outstanding customer service.

The staff at the Animal Referral Hospital are amazing people. It is rare to walk into any business where all the staff are 'stand outs'! They are kind and welcoming and genuinely care. They take the time to explain what is happening,, prognosis, and options. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my pet in their care and would highly recommend.

The entire staff at ARH were extremely friendly, doing a great job looking after our injured pet. They did such a great job that our pet actually loved going there! They were also very helpful and assisted us through the insurance process that achieved a positive outcome.
