Monier Vet are exceptional. I've been taking my pets there for years and the team have always been exactly what you want in a vet. They are compassionate and clearly love their animal clients, and their customer service is faultless. I've had nothing but positive experiences here for the last 6 years. I have five pets, and Monier have looked after them, as well as my previous pets, and a few of my foster pets. 

I've recently had my dog in for a week with severe health issues, the staff have been wonderfully sympathetic, arranging times for me to come see my dog so he's reassured and I can check on his progress. They called me with regular updates on his condition, and gave me updates on the costs whenever I asked so I could keep my budgets up to date. They were never too busy to answer my questions, and the whole staff were engaged and amazing. 

Lucilla and Katrina are wonderfully sensible and practical vets. Their advice is always honest and understandable, and their love of animals shines through every time I've been there. All of the staff they've gathered around them are wonderfully warm and open people, who never fail to remember your pets names and histories the moment they see you. Katrina is a great addition to the practice and I hope she works there for a long time so she can treat my pets well into the future. Chantal and Natasha are stand out vet nurses in a strong team - they are all clearly animal people and I leave my pets in their care without any hesitation that they'll be treated like their own.

I can't praise Monier vets Lucilla, Katrina and all their staff highly enough. They always have a wonderful caring , friendly and nothing is too much trouble attitude whenever I visit with my dogs. Giving preventative advice along with different economical options.
So happy to have such wonderful vets locally. Thank all so much.

Go the extra mile and very caring, Lucilla in particular. Not the cheapest  but worth it.
