AEC is our first call when our dog needs emergency help. Our two visits have both been very positive. Quick response to a toad poisoning incident saw our dog happy and well within 30 minutes of treatment. Reasurance from the vet on our next visit enable us to take our distressed dog home with peace of mind that she had not been bitten by a snake as first thought by us. I would recommend AEC to anyone needing emergency care for their pet.

Found a dog at midnight last night in Redlands so I drove him here to woolongabba as it was the only 24hr I knew of. The man told me he wasn't microchipped and when I said I found him in Redlands he reassured me that he'd call around for the owner. Tonight within 3 minutes of looking online I found the owner straight away who says on advertised posts she's called Redland bay city council and every vet and said he's also microchipped. So I called woolongabba AEC whom had sent him to the pound basically straight away. If you even attempted to find the owner and called Redland city council you would have found them. Now this poor dog is taken to Brisbane city council pound when my stray dog form said REDLANDS not BRISBANE. A little more effort looking online or making a single phone call you would've found the owner like I did as soon as I attempted to look. I hope this beautiful husky is still there for the rightful owner to claim.

Doesn't even deserve a single star. Emergency staff only seemed to care about pulling money from your pockets, not about our pet who had passed away on the same day. Very insensitive for "animal lovers". The receptionist and vet were both very rude and non-sympathetic.

Thank you to all the wonderful team here for seeing our cat so quickly. You were amazing and we were so grateful for your communication throughout and the care and love you showed. Highly recommend!
