From start to finish, it was an all-round great experience. I was very relieved to know my cat was in good hands because we could tell the staff loved animals as much as we did. It's hard handing your pet over to a stranger and trusting them, but everyone from reception to the vet nurses and vet Dr, they all went above and beyond to reassure us and gave excellent care and advice for our situation. While I hope to never need another urgent vet visit, if I do, I will certainly be coming back and can highly recommend them to others. Thank you!
Everyone who works there are absolutely lovely to deal with and I feel no problems leaving my dog in their care. Lovely team to deal with, you can tell they really care of the animals. The prices of vet visits are often misunderstood and the staff themselves have no control over it!
Great caring staff & professional care. My 13yr old Scottie who recently passed had caring and compassionate treatment. Especially like to thank Dr Cordelia for treating Merlin over the last year.
I pay healthy pets club for my little dog daisy. Means free consultation among other things. I used this for my dog for a check up as shes getting old and suffering from bad kidneys, the vet said her eyes looked red and put eyedrops in i bought pain killers for her and was advised to buy eye ointment so i did all up costing round $60. I came home and noticed they charged me an extra $40 for two eyedrops the vet put in. No warning or asking me if she could do it. Just did it and added $40 to the bill. When i rang about it i got a very patronising woman pretty much telling me in a very nice way , too bad. They dont care about the animals its all about the dollar. Be warned
Used to be a good clinic 5 years back when we got our puppies but now it has become a money grabbing scheme. The sales and pressure tactics used by the vet to sell us an expensive procedure and Greencross health membership and then telling us how important it is to get this done urgenlty within 2 weeks. Which we later found out from multiple other vets that the procdure was not required. Very very upset with this particular branch.
Great, genuine staff always very accommodating. Very thorough in there work and super friendly I’d recommend anyone to see the girls at green cross cannon hill
Greencross were amazing at looking after our little girl, we couldn't be happier with the level of service. The vet nurses were just so kind and caring.
I have taken both my cat and dog to Greencross Cannon Hill and have always had a positive experience. As a new puppy mum, it's very comforting to have a team of people who genuinely care about your puppy - from the vets to the front-of-house staff, they are all awesome! I would highly recommend Greencross Cannon Hill to any of my friends or family who are local to the area. I would also recommend considering Healthy Pets Plus for any new puppy or kitten parents - my membership has already paid for itself.
These girls are exceptional. So caring and genuinely interested in the health of your pet.
The staff are always so helpful here, we have great experiences here and pop straight over to pet barn next door for treats. Recommend the vet here. always accommodate where they can and had nice experiences every time
