Cannot praise the Hanrob team enough for taking care of Tiffany. It’s her and our first time using a doggy boarding service and we so happy with the result.nnTiffy came home so happy and fulfilled a bit dirty but just from how much fun she had!nnRecommend the “photos and update” package and the suite. Thank you again Hanrob for showering our baby with love and care.
I recently had a disappointing experience with this pet boarding facility. After following all procedures through their online portal, including uploading and receiving approval for my dog's vaccination certificate, I was unexpectedly contacted via text after dropping her off, stating they didn’t have her certificate on file. This created unnecessary confusion.nnI was also not allowed to leave my dog's bed or blanket with her during her stay, which was concerning since it was her first time boarding at this facility. I understand the concern about items being lost or damaged, and I wouldn’t have minded if her inexpensive blanket from the op shop was destroyed. Despite this, they still refused. Oddly, when picking her up, I was repeatedly asked if I had left any items with her, further adding to the confusion.nnI was also disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to see where my dog would be staying or the play area when I dropped her off. Unfortunately, after her stay, my dog come home with kennel cough K9 cough, which was confirmed by our vet. Although the facility contributed $100 towards the vet bill, it didn’t make up for the overall negative experience.nnAdditionally, the facility is difficult to contact unless you are booking a reservation, and when I did manage to speak with someone at reception, I was met with poor attitude. The overall cost was also surprisingly high, even exceeding our own accommodation expenses while we were away.nnGiven the confusion, lack of transparency, poor service, and now having a sad sick dog at home. I will not be using this facility again.
I could not recommend this place enough!!! All of the staff are extremely kind, friendly, patient and loving of animals, and they go above and beyond to make sure all pets are comfortable and happy there. My german shepherd was initially very nervous around people and I struggled leaving her behind when I had to travel, until I came to Hanrob. They were mindful of her needs and gently formed a bond that has lasted for years now, and she loves spending time there. The staff also helped me introduce her to my partner's dog, and now they are best friends too! If you need reassurance that your pet will receive lots of love and great care during your trip, this is it. Thank you so much to everyone at Hanrob Brisbane for all you do for Bubbles, you have my eternal gratitude!
We had a great experience from using Hanrob Transport Service to fly our fur baby interstate with us recently. Big shout out to Kirsten Downes as her friendly customer service over the phone & email was impeccable. She patiently answered as many questions in full details with prompt actions. Thanks again Kirsten!
I’m writing to you with the greatest disappointment in relation to your service.My cat Luna was dropped off at your catery on your hanrob pet boarding servicewith extra payment made due to her age to allow for better care.nnWhen we picked her her, she is frail with inflamed paws and not eating and drinking covered in her own urine and waste.My cat has never been in this condition and she continues to be in shock after coming home. The level of care she received is appalling and we cannot believe the state she was in at pick up.nnThis is therefor a formal complaint lodged against your cattery and we will consider other actions including legal action for the treatment of Luna.
