I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for the lovely team at Greencross Teneriffe. We had a very hard decision to say goodbye to our cat. Every step of the way they were kind and I never felt rushed. It is so evident how much they vets and staff care about animals as I could see it was also difficult for them too. Danielle has the most beautiful and caring soul. I received a beautiful handwritten card a week later with some keepsakes which brought a tear to my eye. Thank you for all you do.

The staff are very professional, thorough and very caring. They treated my Romany with a lot of kindness. My little guy hates vets and has a long medical history, but they made him feel really comfortable. The team got him an appointment only a couple of hours after ringing up. The vet was very thorough with her examination. They followed up the next day to ensure he was recovering well with the medication provided which he was. Overall was a really good experience.
We've been here 3 times in the last month and each time it's been a really good experience. The reception staff are friendly and quick, the vets themselves are knowledgeable, friendly and very caring towards our cat and the whole process was very simple. Each time, they've been clear and communicative about what's going on and helping us understand. While I don't think anyone *wants* to go back to the vet, I'm happy this is the one we will be going back to.
Teneriffe Greencross was good. The vets coped very well - I have very high standards for vets. I was very pleased that the vet I saw was happy to draw the blood sample needed in front of me in the exam room if you can’t draw blood in front of me I automatically question the skill of the vet. She was also happy to discuss alternatives to meloxicam which I avoid due to it’s nephrotoxicity in senior cats and also provided information on a newly released arthritis medication for cats. The vet also followed up with additional information about the new medication and was happy to write me a script so I could order the medication from my regular vet pharmacy. Overall a good experience and nice to have a skilled vet option on the North side of Bris.
There is one staff member who insults me with ‘ the worst I have ever seen’ as a constant reply to anything re my dog. Totally excessive! And unnecessary!!! I know these situations are early stages and In one case wrongly diagnosed. As a client all I need are professional inspections, followed by solutions and recommendations not insulting comments . All other staff have been very pleasant to deal with. Not looking forward to our follow ups. Expecting it to be more of the same.
a little disappointed in this vets to be honest, we recently moved from NZ and wanted the best for our little pup. Every time I come in im not greeted by reception or made to feel welcome. The first time we came in I put it down to them being busy but the greetings haven't been warmer the more times I have gone in. We had an appointment yesterday and was told I had to pay $400 for treatment that he hadn't even had yet and wasn't having for a number of weeks. I was at my appointment for an hour and the lady who saw us was extremely rude, pushy and made us feel like she was insulting us as though we couldn't afford the treatments when that is not the case we just didn't want to pay before the treatment. The lady we saw was quite rude and abrupt and wasn't personable at all. I signed up to this vets as it has some great reviews but I feel so dissappointed about the services I have received and the issues I have noted are only a few. I will probably look for a different vets as I feel like a constant burden when I call or pop in for something. Not ideal and hate leaving negative reviews.
We have been to this clinic a few times already and my dog is recovering well from the surgery and I am happy with that . However everytime when we go or call , I feel sad that they don't really care about our concerns. The booking system is not well organised as they called us to go for his injection which already has finished a few weeks ago . And also they don't greet when we entering which made me sad and this the biggest reason that I don't really want to take my dog anymore .
Took my dog in for xray, the vet label the xray the wrong way and the specialist was confused. Not to mentioned xray was nearly 1K already and they misdiagnosed my dog xray. They said my dog gor acl injury needs a surgery but when we went to the specialist they said he has tissue injury. They are likely incompetent so please avoid.
