The team at AES Jindalee were incredibly helpful and kind. The vet I saw was so understanding and reassuring - I came in with my cat that had a sore, swollen leg and she explained everything in a lot of detail from the presenting issue, to the procedure, the possible risks, and how to take care of my cat afterwards. They were able to see him immediately and I had him home the next morning. They also gave me updates and a check-in call to make sure I was up to date with everything which gave me peace of mind. I’m very grateful to the team for taking such good care of my cat.
In the middle of the night, Mr Meowgi wasn’t feeling well — crouched down, hissing, and clearly uncomfortable. Without hesitation, I took him to AES Jindalee because I remembered how well my other cat, Salem, was cared for there before.nnThroughout the night, the doctors and nurses provided clear communication and kept me updated on his treatment and progress, which made such a stressful situation so much easier to handle.nnI’m incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown to Mr Meowgi. A special thank you to Dr Mel and all the doctors and nurses for looking after him so well. I would absolutely return again if I ever had another pet emergency.
We took our cat Charlie into emergency over the weekend. The service we received was warm and prompt. Monica is a wonderful gentle hooman who greeted us upon arrival and was there to say goodbye and also to check up on him several days later. The vet experience was knowledgeable and straight to the point. We are so thankful our Charlie is on the road to recovering from his ear infection which at the time not knowing or understanding his symptoms was extremely scary. Thanks for making us feel safe and not just hurrying us through . We will definitely go back. Thanks again.
I took my sweet Lottie into Animal Emergency Service Jindalee late Friday night absolutely heartbroken and fearing the worst, suspecting IVDD.. something I’ve always dreaded as a dog mum.nnFrom the moment we arrived, Kathryn was incredible. She was so calm, patient, and thorough, and carried herself with such grace in what felt like a very overwhelming moment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me informed every step of the way, which meant more than I can express.nnThe following day, Luke I hope I got the name correct continued Lottie’s care and was just as thoughtful and informative, making sure I understood everything about her condition and next steps. Jaz, the vet nurse, also went out of her way late that night to send through photos and updates, which brought so much comfort during a really stressful time.nnWhat truly stood out was the care beyond the clinic, they even checked in with me via phone after Lottie was discharged.nnThe whole team went above and beyond, and I am genuinely in awe of the work they do. I’m so grateful Lottie was in such kind and capable hands.
I was so grateful for the exceptional care we received when I needed urgent after-hours help for my precious cat. The staff and vet were knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly kind during a stressful time. They took wonderful care of both my cat and me, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and genuine empathy. Thank you for everything—you made all the difference.
