We recently had to take Tucker in for a peace of mind checkup after ingesting some grapes. We were amazed at the friendliness and assistance given right from the initial phone call to the consultation with I think Dr Chloe. Once assessed we had a full explanation of what the determination was. To add to the impressive service a report was sent to our normal vet who then contacted me the day later to enquire on Tucker's condition. To round out the remarkable service we received a personal message from Lucinda at Animal Emergency Service Jindalee to further check up on Tucker later in the week. Hopefully we don't have to visit again anytime soon, but would absolutely recommend placing your trust in this business in any time of need for your pet. Well done and thank-you Rod

I can't recommend the team at Jindalee enough! My fur baby has had a tough time recently, requiring two surgeries in just three weeks after eating things he shouldn't. I was incredibly worried; however, they are so supportive and kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring my baby received excellent care. Lucinda has also followed up after each visit to check on his recovery. They’ve truly become my go-to emergency vet.

The girls were great, very helpful. Only issue I have is that I spent $280 for the vet to tell me nothing was wrong with my dog, and that she just needs to cough it out. We went home and she was the same as before we had gone here. She ended up being up all night sick, so I had to take her to my usual vet again. Another bill. I am annoyed I had to pay 280$ for the vet to tell me she was fine, when she wasn’t. I felt like I was being dismissed. I suggested it may have been kennel cough and she told me no. It actually was kennel cough. I can’t ask for a refund so please make sure you are listening to clients. Thanks!
