I decided to go to this practice because of the horrible reviews my local practices (Annerley) had and was looking for a good permanent GP. Dr Patel was very thorough and informative and caring and matched his 5 star reviews perfectly. He also listened and didn't shrug anything off, he gave good advice and ordered tests for all of my worries (while also making sure everything would be bulk billed).  The lady at the front desk is very kind and sweet, exactly what you need when you're sick. Even though this practice is a good 20-30 minute drive from my house, it is worth it to have such a good doctor who is so obviously passionate about his job. I've even converted my housemate over to this practice and he is as impressed as I am.

I met Dr. Patel for first time this past Saturday. He was kind enough to see me even though he was ready to leave. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He gave me useful advice regarding a problem separate from the one I came to see him about.

The staff here are wonderful, Dr Patel is excellent and I'm so glad we've found him.  Very easy to talk with, he's thorough and really looks after my family.  Thank you.

He is an exceptional doctor. I like the fact that Dr Tapan Patel explains in simple terms and takes time to discuss the issues. Also, the receptionist is very kind. I strongly recommend this practice!
